1. Definitions

1.1 “Student” refers to an individual seeking guidance or assistance with applications through Universitio.
1.2 “Services” refers to any features provided by Universitio, including student applications, ticketing system, and consultation.
1.3 “Platform” refers to Universitio’s website and services.

2. Terms of Use

2.1 By using Universitio, users agree to these terms and conditions.
2.2 Universitio reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via the platform.
2.3 Users must be at least 18 or have parental consent to use the platform.

3. User Registration & Verification

3.1 Students must provide accurate personal information and required academic documents.

4. Services & Pricing Plans

4.1 Apply for Free (Free of Charge)

4.2 Apply+ (£350)

4.3 Apply++ (£490)

5. Payments & Refund Policy

5.1 Payment is required before services are provided.
5.2 The Apply for Free plan is not eligible for refunds.
5.3 For Apply+ and Apply++ plans, a full refund will be issued if the student provides all required documents correctly and Universitio fails to secure admission within two intakes.
5.4 If an institution charges an application fee, the student is responsible for making the payment.
5.5 Universitio is not responsible for visa-related costs or processes. All visa matters must be handled by licensed immigration lawyers or OISC Level 1 and above advisors.
5.6 Tuition fees, deposit payments, and payment schedules are the student’s responsibility. Universitio does not guarantee scholarships but will assist in securing them where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents they submit.
6.2 Universitio is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from incorrect or misleading information provided on the platform.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

7.1 All intellectual property on Universitio, including branding, features, and services, remains the property of Universitio Ltd.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Universitio may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, misconduct, or policy violations.
8.2 Users have the right to appeal suspensions through the ticketing system.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 Universitio collects and stores user data in compliance with GDPR and relevant data protection laws.
9.2 Universitio may share user data with educational institutions to facilitate the admission process. By using our services, students consent to having their information shared with institutions and entities involved in assisting with their applications.
9.3 Users may request data deletion at any time by contacting support.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

10.1 Any disputes shall be resolved through Universitio’s internal support system before legal action is taken.
10.2 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

11.1 Universitio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with prior notice to users.
